Looking Back #15: As A Blind Mystery Writer: Growing PainsOriginal Release: 10/22/2021 Seasons 1 and 2 were the times when I experienced growing pains as a mystery writer. However, I was determined to overcome adversity. I deliberately chose to become an audio mystery writer in order to help me deal with my stress and frustrations. It sure worked for me because it enabled me to channel my energies into positive adventures. I have managed to overcome several adversities and at the same time it has helped me to bring joy to so many who enjoy audio listening. I have a special thank you for Aaron, Oliver, and Accessible Media, Inc. and ACB Radio. "In times of great stress or adversity, it's always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive." - Lee IacoccaPhoto ALT: In the background of this cover photo is a fireplace with a very ornate iron grate over it behind which burns a beautiful yellow flame with bright orange tips. In front of, but slightly off to the side of the fireplace, is a large, comfortable, and very inviting looking old fashioned red reading sofa chair. On this chair sits a matching red pillow with a yellow face. Just below the pillow sits a large book, open to about the three quarter point, with a long double yellow tassle bookmark flowing down the center of the book. With this photo as the background, the text on the photo reads, in a very ornate font (which looks much like that iron grate), 'The Crime Crusher Series'. Below that text, in a much less ornate font, are the words, 'Season 1 with Author Donna Jodhan as Detective DJ'.
