Donna Jodhan Continues To Fight 10 Years After Achieving 'A Landmark Victory for all Canadians'

10 years ago, the AEBC played a very important role in the landmark victory of the case Jodhan versus the Attorney General of Canada.

In the words of the late Richard Quan: "A landmark victory for all Canadians!"

10 years later and alas! The Canadian Government has still not lived up to its mandate to make all of their websites accessible to Canadians with disabilities.

Recently, David Baker, the lawyer who lead the legal team 10 years ago asked Donna Jodhan to submit a request to the Court Challenges program to request funding to expand the fight of 10 years ago.

Donna has agreed and the request has been granted.

"I again do it for our kids and for those who continue to fight for our right to equal access to information on all government websites."
