The beauty about imagining is that you can do it anywhere and everywhere. You can use almost anything to help you imagine; music, words, a passage that you have read, your memory, a TV show, anything!

You would be surprised to discover how for example the sound of children laughing can trigger your imagination or how the sound of running water or horns blaring on a busy street can help to give your imagination a jolt. So why not try it?

Each month, I, Detective DJ, will be sharing snippets of my world with my readers and to kick things off, I'll tell you a wee bit about who I am.

I am blind and I record my audio mysteries in my own voice. With a bit of luck I hope to start recording my own background music for my audios in the near future and I have plans to develop my own audio mystery games. I have already recorded two seasons of my Crime Crushers series and am almost finished writing my third season. I am hoping to record my third season some time in early 2014.

My first two seasons were broadcasted by Accessible Media, Inc. of Toronto Canada and is presently being aired on ACB Radio. Going forward, ACB Radio plans to air future seasons on its station.

I live and work in Toronto Canada and I am supported by a team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals. Of course, my mysteries are all fictional; written and recorded by me. My mysteries are filled with drama, excitement, and suspense but most of all; they are free of bad and racy language and there are no explicit descriptions of sex and violence.

For next month, I will introduce you to my team and tell you a bit more about my world but in the meantime, happy listening!
